The REAL Supply Research Unit marked the start of its ambitious research programme with an online launch event on 7 November 2023.
The launch event drew together over 80 health and social care professionals, policy makers, people engagement champions and research leaders to identify and discuss the big questions which need to be addressed to build a more sustainable, equitable and resilient health and care system.

Professors Susan Griffin and Nils Gutacker, co-directors of the Unit, opened the event by presenting the Unit’s aims and outlining its plans for the next seven years.
